On a plan that includes members, you can invite other people into your account. They publish and manage the account's sites with you, each signed in as themselves.

Invite someone

Open Settings in the console and find Members. Type the person's email address and press Invite. They get an email with a link, and the invitation expires if they don't accept it. Until they accept, the invitation takes one of your member places, so the count reads like "3 of 5, 1 invited".

If the person doesn't have an account yet, the link lets them make one first. If they sign in with Google, the invitation has to go to the address their Google account uses.

You can resend an invitation, or cancel it, from the same list.

What members can do

Members can deploy, connect and change domains, edit labels, and delete deployments, in your account. They can also connect an AI agent to it, which then acts in your account on their behalf.

Billing, API keys, deploy tokens and deleting the account are the owner's alone. A member who opens those pages is sent back to Settings.

Each person keeps their own account too, and can switch between their accounts from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

Leaving and removing

A member can leave an account from Settings. The owner can remove a member from the same list. Either way, the person loses access at once, and any agent they connected to that account stops working. Anything in their own account is untouched.

When the plan has no room

Each plan has a number of member places, and you, the owner, take one of them. If the account ends up with more members than its plan allows, for example after moving to a smaller plan, the members are paused: they can still see Settings, switch accounts and leave, but they can't use the account until it fits again. Upgrade the plan or remove members, and they're back at once. Nothing is deleted while they're paused.

A move to a smaller plan can only be booked once the account already fits it, so the plans page tells you first what to remove.

Deleting the account

If the owner deletes the account, every member loses access to it at once. Members aren't sent an email about it. Their own accounts aren't affected.
